how to cook Carrot and Orange Soup
Ingredients
- 3 medium carrots
- 1 orange
- 1 half onion
- 1 medium potatoe
- 50 g butter
- ground pepper (to taste)
- salt (to taste)
- water
preparation
- 1- Start by peeling the vegetables. Cut the top layer of the orange skin into 4 pieces. Chop into large chunks the carrots, potato and onion.
- 3- Add the butter, ground pepper and salt to the saucepan. Bring to boil. Simmer for about 30 minutes.
- 4- Remove the saucepan from heat. Pour into a blender and blend until smooth.
