Ingredients

- Black Chocolate: 200 g
- Sweet butter: 40 g
- Egg white (s): 6 piece (s)
- Sugar powder: 20 g
preparation
- 1 Melt the chocolate with butter in a bain-marie or microwave oven.
Meanwhile, beat the whites and add the sugar. Let it rotate for a few moments to dissolve the sugar well.
- 2 Mix chocolate and butter. Relish the chocolate with some of the whites in snow and whisk. In this first step, the aim is rather to relax the chocolate than to give volume
- 3 Pour the chocolate on the rest of whites in snow. Stop mixing whenever the whites are well incorporated into the chocolate. Transfer the chocolate mousse to a container and let it cool for at least 1 hour.
