How to cook mille feuille




                  Ingredients

        - Recipe for a millefeuille of 6 people

  -Puff pastry

- 250 g of flour 
- 5 g of salt 
- 125 ml of water 
- 180 g of dry butter or margarine to puff 
- flour (to turn) 
- 1 whole egg for gilding

   - ice cream

- 1/2 liter of whole milk 
- 5 egg yolks 
- 1 vanilla bean 
- 1 pinch of salt 
- 80 g sugar 
- 40 g flour + 30 g starch 
- 1 knob of butter to dab the surface. 
- 2 cl of alcohol or liqueur for perfuming (optional).

     
              preparation

   - 1 Make a homemade puff pastry and lower it finely.
   
   - 2 Trim the edges and moisten with water using a brush.

   - 3 Sprinkle with a fork and sprinkle with fine sugar.

   - 4 Place on a plate with a grid on it to slow development and             bake at an average temperature of 200 ° C.

   - 5 As soon as the golden color appears (about 10 minutes),               remove the plates from the oven.

   - 6 Turn plates over, moisten and sweeten again. Replace grill             and  bake again for a few minutes until drying and light staining.

   - 7 Trim baked and crispy baking sheets.

   - 8 Preparing the pastry cream

   - 9 Spread the cream to the socket pocket after allowing it to cool        to freeze as regularly as possible.

   - 10 Place another laminating plate on the cream and repeat the          operation and finish with a last laminating plate on top.

   - 11 Fill any voids in the sleeve bag and smooth with a spatula

   - 12 The millefeuille is ready for marbling with fondant and                chocolate.
