how to make salad nicoise

       




                                                            Ingredients



                 -300g of tuna
                 - 4 hard boiled eggs
                 - 12 anchovy fillets (according to taste)
                 - 1 glass of olive oil vinegar
                    Salt and pepper
                 - 150g of Nice olives
                 - 1 bunch of radishes
                 - 4 small peppers salad
                 - 1 pack of cébettes
                 - 5 small purple artichokes
                 - 250g of prawns
                 - 10 ripe but firm tomatoes

                                         Preparation

                 - STEP 1 :
                  Cut the tomatoes into quarters and salt them lightly. Cut                     the eggs into slices. Toss the tuna.

                 - STEP 2 :
                    Thinly pepper the green peppers, as well as the cebets                       and the artichokes.

                 - STEP 3:
                   Cook the broad beans. Mix in a large bowl.

                 - STEP 4:
                   Drain the tomatoes and incorporate them into the                               preparation. Make the vinaigrette with the olive oil,                           pepper and salt. Decorate with anchovies and olives.
