Tart chocolate flan




              Ingredients

       the sanded dough

 - 100 g butter
 - 100g icing sugar
 - 1 egg
 - 100 g flour
 - 50 g of cocoa powder

work the butter with the icing sugar
add egg and mix well and add flour and cocoa powder sift

        chocolate cram

 - 3 eggs
 - 80 g sugar (red or white)
 - 1 sachet of vanilla sugar 
 - 60 g flour
 - 2 tablespoons fresh cream (light, perfect!)
 - 1/2 l of milk
 - 100 g dark chocolate to melt
