How to make tart flan



           Ingredients

     the sanded dough

- 100 g butter
- 100 g icing sugar
- 1 egg
- 200 g flour

- Eggs: 4
- Flour: 30 g
- Vanilla: 1 clove

             Preparation steps

 1 Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Unroll the sanded dough and spread it       to the bottom of a round pan.

2 Boil the milk with half the sugar and the vanilla pod split and           scraped in a large saucepan.

3 While the milk is heating, whisk the eggs with the remaining           sugar in a large bowl.

4 When the mixture begins to blanch, gradually add the cornflour       and flour, whisking vigorously.

5 As soon as the milk boils, pour it gently on the egg preparation,       while continuing to whip.

6 When all the milk is incorporated, pour the mixture into the              saucepan and cook for about 3 minutes, whisking vigorously, to      prevent the flan from sticking to the bottom of the saucepan.

7 Pour the mixture over the sanded dough and bake for 40 min.
