                             Ingredients

 -50 g of dark chocolate 70%
 - 80 g butter
 - 5 whole eggs
 - 75 g of acacia honey
 - 125 g caster sugar
 - 75 g almond powder
 - 120 g flour
 - 25 g of bitter cocoa powder
 - 8 g of baking powder
 - 120 g (12 cl) whole cream

               Preparation

  Chop the chocolate and melt it gently on a bain-marie or in the     oven
microwaves (in defrosting position or power 500 W while stirring
sometimes). Add the melted butter. In a salad bowl,
whisk eggs, honey and caster sugar. Add the powder
almond, flour, cocoa powder and sifted chemical yeast *
together. Stir in liquid cream, then melted chocolate and butter.
Put * in the trays two thirds and bake at 160 ° C (th 5/6)
for about 15 minutes.

 - 310 g (110 + 200 g) whole cream

 - 90 g of dark chocolate 70%
